BOARD OF DIRECTORS

President and CEO
Teong C. Lim, Ph.D., serves as President and CEO of Electronic Sensor Technology. He has as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology since January 31, 2005 and served as Vice President of Corporate Development from February 1, 2005 through January 25, 2006. Dr. Lim was the Director of Corporate Development of Electronic Sensor Technology, L.P. from March 1995 through August 2000 and was the Manager of Corporate Development of Electronic Sensor Technology, L.P. from August 2000 through February 2005. Dr. Lim has been the President of Amerasia Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of Electronic Sensor Technology, since 1984.
Since 1997, Dr. Lim has been a director of Crystal Clear Technology, Sdn. Bhd., a privately-owned Malaysian company that manufactures and markets a high-contrast liquid crystal display (LCD) product line. Dr. Lim is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and Professional Engineers of Canada. Dr. Lim has served on the Program Committee and Session Chairman for many symposia and has more than 30 technical publications. Dr. Lim received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from National Taiwan University, a Master of Science degree in engineering from Ottawa University and a Ph.D. degree from McGill University. From 1968 to 1970, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Imperial College of Science and Technology, England. Dr. Lim also received an MBA degree from Pepperdine University in 1982.

Director
Mr. Gay Teck Low currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology and has served as Managing Director of Land & General Berhad since January 1, 2008, after serving as a non-executive director of Land & General Berhad from October 15, 2007. Prior to joining Land & General Berhad, Mr. Low was the Managing Director of the Mayland Group from 2005-2007, after serving as a Director of the Mayland Group from 2002 and a Project Manager with the Mayland Group from 1996. He is President of L&G Resources (1994) Inc. Mr. Low holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Footscray Institute of Technology, Australia.

Director
Maggie Tham currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology. She has over 20 years experience in management and strategy consulting. In 2003, she together with Mr. Wittmeyer founded eXS Inc., a wireless access company, developing innovative and cost effective solutions, focusing on the mass market in high growth emerging economies. Ms. Tham was a principal of Wittham, a boutique investment banking firm, specializing in Trans Pacific investments. She raised early stage financing for UTStarcom and other companies. Before this, Ms. Tham worked as a strategy and business consultant in New York City and in Asia. Ms. Tham is an Economics Graduate of London School of Economics (B.Sc. Econs, Upper Division) and has a M.B.A. degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Executive Director
William Wittmeyer currently serves as Executive Director of Electronic Sensor Technology. He has over 20 years experience in high-technology business and investment management. In 2003, he and Ms. Tham founded eXS Inc., a wireless access company, developing innovative and cost effective solutions for developing economics. Prior to founding these companies, Mr. Wittmeyer was a partner in a venture capital firm, investing in telecommunications and semiconductor start-ups. He was an early investor in Network Equipment Technologies Inc., UTSarcom, Zoran and IXYS. He has a B.Sc. (E.E.) from the Coast Guard Academy and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Director
Thomas Dudley currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology. Dr. Dudley’s field of expertise is the application of quantitative methods to business and management problems. In a career spanning some forty years, he has consulted in major industries such as aerospace, health care, automotive, food products, computers and non-profit organizations as well as Indian Tribes in Montana and Arizona. He has been involved with a number of start-up companies as participant and advisor.
Dr. Dudley has been an expert witness on business damage and loss of profit cases; and he recently gave testimony to the U.S. Congress Sub-committee on National Parks and Public Lands. Prior to beginning his Pepperdine tenure, Dr. Dudley was assistant to the president of Channing Financial Corporation, the first director of the computer facility, Graduate School of Business, University of Southern California, operations analyst at Capitol Records, Inc., and a management engineer at Convair Division of General Dynamics Corporation.
