Teong LimTeong C. Lim, Ph.D., serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Electronic Sensor Technology. He has served as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology since January 31, 2005 and served as Vice President of Corporate Development from February 1, 2005 through January 25, 2006. Dr. Lim was the Director of Corporate Development of Electronic Sensor Technology, L.P. from March 1995 through August 2000 and was the Manager of Corporate Development of Electronic Sensor Technology, L.P. from August 2000 through February 2005. Dr. Lim has been the President of Amerasia Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of Electronic Sensor Technology, since 1984. Since 1997, Dr. Lim has been a director of Crystal Clear Technology, Sdn. Bhd., a privately-owned Malaysian company that manufactures and markets a high-contrast liquid crystal display (LCD) product line. Dr. Lim is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and Professional Engineers of Canada. Dr. Lim has served on the Program Committee and Session Chairman for many symposia and has more than 30 technical publications. Dr. Lim received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from National Taiwan University, a Master of Science degree in engineering from Ottawa University and a Ph.D. degree from McGill University. From 1968 to 1970, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Imperial College of Science and Technology, England. Dr. Lim also received an MBA degree from Pepperdine University in 1982.

Rita BushonRita B. Bushon has served as Executive Director and as a member of the Executive Committee of Land & General Berhad since December 2006. Previously, she was a Director of Land & General Berhad, a position she was appointed to in March 2002. From December 1984 to October 2007, Ms. Bushon held various senior executive positions with Employees Provident Fund (Malaysia) including Head of Private Equity and Head of Public Equity Research. Ms. Bushon was a Director and a founding member of the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group, a Malaysian public company, from December 2001 to February 2007. Since 2003, Ms. Bushon has served on the Board of Directors of Kentucky Fried Chicken Ltd. (Malaysia). Ms. Bushon received a Master in Business Administration from Henley/ Brunel University, West London in 1993, and earned an honors degree in Economic Statistics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1984.

Barry S. Howe Barry S. Howe currently serves as director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Sensor Technology. Mr. Howe has served as Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Sensor Technology since April 11, 2007. Previously, Mr. Howe held various executive positions within the Thermo Electron Corporation family of companies, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Thermo Electron subsidiaries and President of several divisions. Thermo Electron Corporation provides process monitoring and control instrumentation to the metals, chemical and food and beverage industries. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Howe served as the President and Corporate Vice President of the Measurement and Control Sector. In 2006, Mr. Howe serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Glenrose Instruments Inc. Mr. Howe received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Lewis LarsonLewis E. Larson currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology. Mr. Larson has served as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology since September 7, 2006. Mr. Larson is the founder and President of The Lion Group which has provided consulting and system engineering services to the Federal Government and supporting industries since 1994. He has 15 years of Federal service with the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Mr. Larson holds professional certifications from NSA and the Department of Defense in Collection Management; Traffic Analysis and Special Research; Education and Training; and Arabic language. After leaving the Federal Government as a senior executive in 1984, Mr. Larson co-founded Analytical Decisions Inc. which was acquired by the Ball Corporation. Mr. Larson received his BSEE from the University of Minnesota and has conducted post- graduate studies at the University of Maryland; New Mexico; California; Georgetown; Naval Post Graduate School; and John Hopkins. He also completed the Senior Executive Education business program at Stanford University and also the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Larson currently serves as a director of Digital Media Broadcasting Corporation, Global Wireless Networks, Fortress Technologies and Universal Scientific Technologies Ltd in England.

James Wilburn Maggie Tham currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology. She has over 20 years experience in management and strategy consulting.  In 2003, she together with Mr. Wittmeyer founded eXS Inc., a wireless access company, developing innovative and cost effective solutions, focusing on the mass market in high growth emerging economies. Ms. Tham was a principal of Wittham, a boutique investment banking firm, specializing in Trans Pacific investments.  She raised early stage financing for UTStarcom and other companies. Before this, Ms. Tham worked as a strategy and business consultant in New York City and in Asia. Ms. Tham is an Economics Graduate of London School of Economics (B.Sc. Econs, Upper Division) and has a M.B.A. degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration.

James WilburnJames R. Wilburn, Ph.D., currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology. Dr. Wilburn has served as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology since September 8, 2005. Dr. Wilburn serves as the chairman of both our audit committee and compensation committee. Dr. Wilburn has served as dean of Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy since September 1996. Dr. Wilburn has also served Pepperdine as Vice President of University Affairs, and as provost and Chief Operating Officer. He is also a member of the European Parliament Industrial Council. Dr. Wilburn has served as a director of several companies in the United States and Europe, including Signet Scientific, George Fisher (Switzerland), The Olsen Company, Flowline, Brentwood Square Savings Bank and First Fidelity Thrift and Loan. Dr. Wilburn received his Ph.D. in economic history from the University of California at Los Angeles, a masters degree from Midwestern State University and an MBA from Pepperdine's Presidential/Key Executive program. He received his bachelors degree from Abilene Christian University. Dr. Wilburn currently serves as a director of Virco Manufacturing, a publicly reporting company.

William Wittmeyer

William Wittmeyer currently serves as a director of Electronic Sensor Technology. He has over 20 years experience in high-technology business and investment management.   In 2003, he and Ms. Tham founded eXS Inc., a wireless access company, developing innovative and cost effective solutions for developing economics. Prior to founding these companies, Mr. Wittmeyer was a partner in a venture capital firm, investing in telecommunications and semiconductor start-ups.  He was an early investor in Network Equipment Technologies Inc., UTSarcom, Zoran and IXYS. He has a B.Sc. (E.E.) from the Coast Guard Academy and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration.
